How the First Recorded Vibrator in Herstory Changed the Course of an Ostracized Gay Doctor and a Womxn on the Brink of Suicide in 1899.

As Director and Producer, Rae is collaborating with her incredible team of filmmakers to create a low-budget & high production value film as a proof of concept for a mini-series.

The project plays with the myths surrounding the origin of the first vibrator machine; through its playful and titillating perspective, we explore a far deeper theme of female pleasure and body ownership.

This film is intended to shed light on prior narratives that have long denied pleasure, joy and beauty as a worthy driving force of our expansion. We flip the patriarchal perspective around this history and female pleasure -- and finally tell this hypothetical tale from a womxn's standpoint.
